A birthday menu

This is a menu that everybody can realize and its best peculiarity is every dish can be prepared in advance: appetizers, rice timbale to be baked in the last minutes, rolled roast pork that you have to preserve in the refrigerator and, finally, the cake. You have only to slice apples just before dressing and serving green salad.
We suggest this menu for Christmas but you can make it in every moment in the year; the only thing is to change dessert.
We suggest a good Italian Prosecco for accompanying all the courses. Prefer a dessert wine with the cake.
