Kebabs with cheese and cherries
(Cheese & cherries on skewers - Traditional recipe)

  • 300 g (10 1/2 oz) fresh cheese, cubed
  • 500 g (1,1 lb) cherries
  • Wooden skewers

The recipe is very simple.
Wash the cherries and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Remove their stones.
You have to alternate the cheese cubes and cherries on the skewers.
Skewers can be placed on a dish or stuck into some fruits (apples, oranges, melons...).

What's the right wine?
You can serve these appetizers with a cocktail (Negroni, Adonis, Affinity ...).
